Company Executive | Founder and CEO
Tien Nguyen is the Founder and CEO, a multi-unit restaurant operations and infrastructure company. His journey in the culinary industry began in 2009 as an immigrant dishwasher. Through years of rigorous, high-intensity work across every aspect of the restaurant environment, he recognized that long-term success requires an effective operating system. This foundational understanding led him to form a larger vision: to build a vertically integrated infrastructure platform dedicated to achieving sustainable growth and long-term scalability, successfully overcoming early challenges including the 2020 global pandemic.
As CEO, Tien Nguyen drives the company's mission to build and operate restaurant models through a system of disciplined governance, standardized procedures, and scalable infrastructure. His vision is to establish an integrated restaurant platform capable of scaling across multiple markets, ensuring that restaurant brands develop stably, operating systems are standardized, and the supply chain is controlled from the foundation. Antonio Gil is the Social Media Marketing Manager for All Zona Group, where he serves as the lead digital storyteller and brand architect for a diverse portfolio of Vietnamese restaurant concepts. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Antonio is responsible for the end-to-end digital lifecycle of every brand—from high-end content production to technical website management.

Jose Rojo
Jose Rojo serves as the General Manager for PT Noodles Holdings Inc., overseeing the company’s comprehensive inventory and supply chain operations. He is responsible for the strategic ordering and receiving of all inventory, ensuring seamless distribution across all restaurant locations. Additionally, Jose manages centralized invoicing and vendor relations, streamlining procurement and financial operations to support the Group’s continued growth and efficiency.
